Brownies
Do people still use it for forecasts.
Brownies is regularly off by a mile. #We were at Mud Island on Saturday last weekend when it was supposed to be 10-15 and it was about 2knots all afternoon. Seabreeze is great. The only way to go.
hey cheech, whens that big mustang gonna make it to the banks??
Hey cheech,i recon its service the gear weekend, looks like the big low is gunna win!
Jimbo, my money is on Seabreeze. That snapshot was Tuesday morning, so a long time before the weekend. Will see how it pans out.
Dale, the Mustang has already been out there. I usually go out on other boats though because it is a lot easier to deckie for someone else rather than the hassle of trying to arrange others.
But then,, I seem to continually change where I fish, how I fish,,, so who knows, I may start to take it out more often. For now though, I use it in the bay and the close reefs, and deckie on the wider spots.
By the way, it does perform very well in average conditions. Probably because it has a bit of weight, a very flaired bow, and a narrow stern. Also being a true half cab, you are positioned a long way back, so makes for a softer ride.
Speaking of deckies, will let you know next time I head up that way and you are free.
Cheech
still looking good for seabreeze...
watch the swell boys it"s going to get big and solid from the south east great fun for the wide bay bar.
Brownies forecast Saturday 10-15kts E/SE Sunday 8-13 E/NE maybe he has checked out seabreeze aswell!
Yeah, first thing I noticed were the low tides in the morning and afternoon with a fairly decent swell expected to be building from the south. Careful at the bar crossings boys and gals.
bound to be some good bar crossing stories if your right mick, big fishn comp on here.
I just checked out the seabreeze site everyone is raving about. Oh yeah, bloody brilliant site if you live in a city.... (that was said sarcasticaly). They must cover the weather for about 3% of Australia.
Mick they only cover the most important area se qld it the only place to be or want to be pity out of all australia only 3% of it is any good.Originally Posted by Mick
