Sure looks like the muddies up the creek might be worth a go

Yep - doesnt look too good with moderate winds on 2 metres of swell. I think its Northerly / North westerly as well.
As everyone seems to know nothing seems to work very well when the Northerly blows hard.
Ive been getting my crabbing gear sorted - so here we go.

Funny weather reports ..seabreeze still says sunday is tops , Buoyweather also calls for 10 knotts or under for the day yet BOM are forecasting 20-25 knotts ...
any bets down on who is correct ?
At the moment its blowing and black, very black. been storms and torrential rain for the last 3 hours or more. Its funny - the low moist cloud is still scudding in from the North East and seems to be feeding the storms which are coming down from the North West.
Wicked lightening, some bad accidents I hear - all be on TV tonight I guess.

What does one do - we prays for a glassout on Saturday afternoon overnight to Sunday - beacuse right now its raining again and blowing quite hard and clouds are scudding by my window.
Its time for the first "Blue" in the boat.

when you say Blue ....you mean bluefin ...or something BIGGER
Hi Billo - the guy I fish with refers to Spaniards as Big Blues - Blue Mackerel ..............the beautiful blue colour they are when they are coming up to the boat and yes ........we want bigger fish this year (please Santa).
