Im usually there monday tuesday mate.
I do occasionally, but Ive never had much success.
Once I get my car back I hope to get down there some afternoons. I've been catching some nice flathead in my boat while drifting over the mud flats, so theres no reason we cant catch them on foot![]()

Let me know when you head down Shane I could be keen in the next couple of weeks.
I am just a tad busy at the moment. Its funny, I have been quiet for the past six months and now I am getting caned. I can see a mini property boom on its way!!! look out.
Cheers
Mark

It posts like this that make my heart swell - from my unfortunate experiences with a few fishing clubs, many of those would look down their noses with scorn on those who dared raise the topic of landbased fishing Sandgate / Shorncliffe - but not at Ausfish - everyone to their own - live & let live - respect is sometimes a rare offering these days - MalM

I've done well down there in the last few weeks floating around in the boat, so I might aswell get down there in the afternoons and give it a go![]()

A few years ago whilst fishing in front of eventide late in the arvo around dusk my brother recieved what could only be described as an indecent proposal (from another BLOKE). He has not been back to fish along there since this incident and still gets angry thinking about it.
