Going to 1770 and agnes water in late april

Hey all am going to agnes water on Anzac Day weekend over 4 days and will be taking my new boat (which i should get a week before we go) which is most likely going to be a 4.5m Bluefin Barracuda.

Where are some good fishing spots, will be looking to fish inshore and offshore (if good weather).

What fish can i expect to catch ?

    Regards
    Mitch

Up river will be a bit quiet, with everything shutting down as the cooler weather moves in, but theyll still be there.
Trolling round hill head might get you something.

7 or 8 k offshore is the trawler wreck which is full of trevs, good fun on sp's.

Spk to tony at agnes bait and tackle

    Mitch,
Head just outside the point and around the corner. There is a great channel there and just drift a mulie (sorry, pilli over here) in the tide and current. I hooked plenty of spotties and one mother of a spaniard there. easy enough to race back in should it blow up too.
I CAME INTO THIS WORLD KICKING, SCREAMING AND COVERED IN SOMEONE ELSES BLOOD. I HAVE NO PROBLEM GOING OUT THE SAME WAY.
