Hi Guys am looking at heading out midweek early AM probably Weds or Thurs back by 1-2ish?? depending on the day and how nice it is. I usually fish Peel coochie or Macleay but am willing to give mud , green or wello a crack. I have a spare seat for an experienced operator who wouldnt mind coaching me on the best techniques for SPs on Snapper and maybe the best places to try. I have been doing "OK" but havent cracked a fish over 40cms yet.

Oh yeh When I was out at Peel on Saturday (yesterday) there were massive longtails smashing everything - but couldnt get near them they were too spooky - so if we see any - like to have a crack at them too (SP's - metal jigs whatever) - never caught one yet.

I have an older 5meter Pride cuddy cabin with an 80hp merc - not perfect for sps - but it goes pretty good and its comfortable.

So if someone has the time and the skills to teach me how and what to do to crack the bigger ones then you're welcome aboard. I'll launch from Cleveland - Reddy Bay or Wello depending on where we go - 4am at latest.

If more than 1 person wants to come - I only have the one seat - so I guess its best in best dressed (i.e. Just assure me you know the area well - I have VERY limited marks on my GPS and dont even know how to use it very well)
