Going Offshore from GC Seaway Wed AM

    Hi All

I'm planning to go chasing snapper, solo at this stage, early Wed morning off the Gold Coast.

Putting in at the Sundale Bridge. Any Ausfishers on the Gold Coast or nearby and interested in joining me to watch whales and chase snapper on this trip please PM me or reply.

    Cheers

Better let us know how you went Chimo! You're keeping us in suspense now!

Any other time, I would be happy to go with you and pay for some of the petrol as well, but alas it is Wednesday evening when I read this.

    Cheers,

    Hornblower et al

In answer to your question; nothing exciting but t'was a loverly day out there with an amazing range of craft from the flying 40 ft Rivs to dismasted saling cats running on auxilary and fishing as well as 36 ft Fairways and similar craft with a heap of 5 and 6 m glass and Al runabouts and cuddys.

Was a catch and release day, snapper about size, parrot / wrass and misc other that nearly all got to grow bigger.

All in all a fine and enjoyable day boating with downtown GC as a distant backdrop.

    There you have it

    Cheers
