Thinking of heading over the border on the public holiday to see if I can snag a few greenbacks if the weather drops back, is it worth trying or are the gutters washed out , may try Cab , or Pottsville

Mate went for a drive yesterday down to Hastings sanded up big time . had a look at cabba on the way back and up the beach .... all the gutters that were starting to form... gone . Had a look at the beach behind the Kingie bowls club where there is always a gutter..... gone .

So where to from here any ideas ????????

don;t let him fool you he's holding the spots to himself the cagey B#$%ard , but seriously he;s right, the sand has just gone through there, it;s even affected here at palm beach, you're flat out find a gutter to fish, you really have to work the channel and hope for the best.

I am planning to go up to Kawana area and try the surf and maybe the rocks to the north.
Has anyone heard of any fishing action up that way?
