Sounds like a good day out to me Jason. I'd love to come along with the wife and eldest son. Let me know when and where and weather permitting the tribe will be there. I'm a fairly new member so would love to meet some of you guy's. By the way, I just put my new Ausfish stickers on the boat today and they look great. I hope you all see them and come over and say hello if we cross paths out on the water.

I just spoke to the deckie and she is excited about coming along. I think I have the day off so we will prob be there as well. Im looking forward to showing puks around there. It has been years since I fished down that way and am looking forward to seeing my old stomping grounds and meeting up with some ausfishers. God willing and the river dont rise we will be there.

I will be by myself as the good wife will be working so if a boatless ausfisher / deckie is keen to tag along and join in the M&G we can meet at the ramp or whatever and head on out

ok gang , here's the plan .

tides at bris bar for 16th august--

0835 / 0.42 low
1517 / 2.02 high

i'm hopeing to get the crew organised and boat in the water around 8am , leaving jacobs well for a quick run over to Tipplers. will pull up on the beach , let the kids have a play and the adults have a chat . about 930am will head off in the direction of the coomera river for a bit of a fish / explore . will head back to tipplers for lunch about midday.

i have both 27meg and vhf radios onboard , will be on channels 91 and 73 respectivly.

if your in the area on the day feel free to give us a call or drop in.
