My family didn't make it till friday 13th so we missed meeting alot of People. Still Had a great time.
Thanks to Roz for the big feed Friday night
We took our 3.9m punt, so got stuck into the estuary stuff.
Got alot of flathead, what they were lacking in size they made up in numbers.
Also had alot of fun sightcasting to small sharks in the shallows with softplastics. Didn't end up hooking any but still fun
Just hope next year isn't so windy and the smaller boats can come out..
Sean
Managed to have a troll sunday,
but no action

Alcohol doesn't agree with me, but i sure do enjoy the argument!!!
i also had a great time shame the weather came in
fished with peter (searaider2) didn't nail a legal red but released plenty of undersize
met some good blokes to many to name, and was thoroughly entertained by
wayne aka kitty cat "quote" the only people who don't own a kevlacat can't afford one.
as the night got longer the kevlas got better
i agree wayne they are a great boat as i have fished in a mates a few times'
i was really impressed with darren (mr beans) boat sort of thing i wouldn't mind myself
thanks to housemates peter/terry/dale for their company
a big thanks to phil/ tony and anyone else involved in the organising of the week much

I guess I must have missed the post about there being a minimum stay!!

Phill,
Thanks for taking the time to write to me and clarify things a bit.
I guess if you were looking to get a response from those that left early, then right wrong or otherwise you got my response. Looking back with a cool head I tend to agree, my comment was over the top. Not something I am overly proud of, but it was however a true reflection of how I felt at the time.
Regardless of how hard you and others work to keep it all together, communication is not as easy when you stay away from the main house, that is not a criticism but an observation of the reality of the situation. At the time it looked to me like we were going to be sitting around on the piss while the wind blew its 30-40 knots for the rest of the week.
I was never going to be able to make the presentation night and obviously should have given early notice of that, had I better understood your planning and efforts then that would have been forthcoming.
That said and armed with some of this years experience, YES team Bad Eye will gladly fly the flag again next year.
