stradbroke for 1st time

i was wondering if anyone out there could point me in the right direction......heading to sraddie for the 1st time in mid november for a week.....il only be armed with flick sticks so i wontbe really bashin in the surf.....where can i flick some lures? the wife tells me we will be based oposite "home beach" hope you can help me......

Do a search on Stradbroke in the Saltwater section...has been heaps of recent posts in the past few months with Ausfishers sharing some favourite spots.

rocks, rocks and more rocks.

if you want to flick around Pt Lookout, try the rocks on Deadmans/Frenchmans beaches or the gorges between Frenchmans and Main Beach.

there is a jetty, rock groins and a wall at Amity Pt and weedbeds near the Basin.

Dunwich has weedbeds at the One Mile and Deanbilla Bay, jetty and structure near the barge ramps and sand loading jettys.
