Fishing the Keppels fri/sat

looks like good weather this weekend is anyone heading to flat or the reef s/e of flat for a fish I'm thinking of doing an overnighter fri/sat. will the seas be good enough by then?

Looks like it should be OK Rodney. I'm back at work Friday for 4 days so the weathers no good for me. Maybe next week if the weather holds out.

Yep, still gonna build the icebox. Will have to give custom glass a callm, as I went to Clark last time I was in rocky asking about insulation foam and they just scratched their heads and gave me dumb looks. The best they could do was some 10mm silver stuff, but not good enough. Will be good to hear how you go.

We did get out,
Headed off from here about 2.00am is on sunday morning, got to the marina and had 1 small problem, no water, wheels off the end off the ramp and just enough to get the crusader in.

Headed out to flat reef for a good feed of fingermark, husser, and a good red emporer, tried a few spots around conical on the way back but the wind had come up considerably so we headed for home around lunch time.
