Just back from lord howe island,helped a mate out, he needed a deckie for a couple of weeks so without too much arm twisting off i went. Hasn't changed at all since my last trip about 10 years ago, the fishing is still great with yellowtail kingfish, silver trevally and all the bottom species in excellent numbers. attatched photo is my best "kingy" at 22.0kg and the "trevally" by one of the clients went 10.5kg cleaned. hope the deckie needs another holiday soon so i can get back there "BRUTUS".
