    First Cobe

Hi all, im new here so first things first G'day!

I have been dreaming of getting a cobe for a long time now and a couple of weeks ago i finally did, I also froze and went into shock when i seen this horse beside the boat. Caught outside from the jumpingpin bar, weighed 31kg at the gem bait shop.

i was wondering what type of fish they are (shark, ray e.t.c) because i have never ever heard of it b 4 this site and are they common down here on the south coast of n.s.w .

    Re: First Cobe

I believe they are a pelagic and are also known as Black Kingfish maybe that is more common terminology for them down south?

    Re: First Cobe

    G'day
Yep, pelagic allright. Black king, cobe or crab eater are the common names here in QLD.
