Generally get them between 35-45m, some come from deeper but that is the depth most of them come from. Fight bloody hard those big buggers, good fun and a bloody tasty reward too!
Awesome fish, but i have to agree with the first guy on the name. Dont want to put anyones nose out of joint though
All the info i have about these fish including directory of Australia and New Zealand Fish and Australian Fishing with editor Steve Starling name this fish as the Westralian Jew Fish, not Dhu Fish.
