    help with avatar please

    Woody here,Hopefully someone out there can help me. If you have a look on reports you'll see dazza's post on my hol's to Bribie. Photo of my first mac is too big for my avatar. Is there anyway to get it the right size so I can have it as my avatar. CHEERS woody.
