Well mate it should say in the general help section at the bottom of the Main Chat page - but here is how you do it...... Go to just under where the number of your pms is desplayed and you will see a horisontal line of options from "home" to "logout". Go to "Profile" and then down to "Upload my own Avatar" and choose another pic by clicking on the "Upload my own Avatar" button and browsing through your computer.
