    Have over 10 posts but can not access instant mess

    I am wondering y i can not use instant messages yet as i have more than 10 posts.

    Can you explain to me exactly what is happening when you try to send an Instant Message and the error/message you get when doing so.

    Maybe he hasn't gone through a ridiculously cruel initiation process yet mwarhahaha (best Dr Evil laugh here)
