Unable to Change profile

I am trying to change my profile but an error keeps appearing say it is unable to read?
I believe I changed my password and I was trying to add a pic but then this happenned. Not sure what I have done?

Send me a PM with what your password currently is and what you want your password changed to and the info on the pic you want added.

I will change it for you and see if I get the arror message and maybe able to gain some more info on the error that way.
