inserting pics problem

Have read all the recent posts on inserting pics

Have tried last message reply and start new topic but still have no " attach box to add a file "

to add a pic as in a few other posts from other members.

Wondering if the problem can be to some but not others.

Have used an account with only a few posts that I use for testing and all seems OK.
