Rando, I think you have the old model - you need to wind the sucker from time to time!
Thanks wyoming
Never thought of that, do I wind it clockwise??

The time shown on mine is 10 hours behind the correct time. As I'm not game to start fiddling around with anything yet, I simply add 10 hours to the time shown on the posts.
If a simple fix it becomes available, I'll give it a go.

LOL that simple fix is already here.Originally Posted by theoldlegend

+10 GMT would be your best bet for an accurate time display.
Hi Ba229,
Could you explain the process involved please? I'm really not up to speed with some of this stuff.
Many thanks

Open your profile, then click on edit. You may have to put your password in to edit. When the edit page opens click on options. Down towards the bottom you can change the time through a drop down box. As BA said its +10 hours but you will see Australia Eastern Standard Time. Then click on Change Profile right at the bottom.
Cheers
Derek
Derek & ba229,
Have done as you guys suggested and it seems to have worked. Easy when you know how eh!!
Many thanks. You have helped an old codger through another one of life's many crises!!
The time on my PC is now 2.19am. We'll see what time comes up on the post.
