    If you send a pm to a member should that member be in his rights to post it .
    My opinion is you should not .

    Interesting point. No actual rule on this one.

    I guess it is the same as if someone tells you something verbally. Unless they say "Just between you and me" you are generally free to tell other people.

    It is illegal to forward E-mails in Australia without consent but this law does not relate to any other country or Instant or Personal messages.
