    i think the easiest way is to cut & paste the location.

    if is in an email, i have stacks of goodies, you cannot post directly as it is not one of he allowed thingies

    You would need to upload the file to the Internet, either at your free space with your ISP, see your ISP's website for details, or at a free hosting companies website. Try someone like http://www.imageshack.us they may have file limits though. You can do a google to find other free hosts.

    Then just insert the URL of the file in yoru post.
