video clip wont appear

cant seem to post a video clip. i do the same as posting a picture but it wont down load. how do i get it on the screen like i would send a normal letter? please help with easy instructions haha

Can't post video files. Only Jpeg, Gif, PDF & Doc.

You can upload your video to a free host and then link to it.

There is a thread on it in this section if you do a search or have alook a page or two back.
