Ausfish pages slow to load????

Im having trouble ,Ausfish pages take 1-2 minutes to load!!!. Tried 4 times to start this enquiry in general chat, after hitting the start new topic button, the page would load as far as white -screen, but without the live preview template.
Im on a cable connection and everything else is performing as fast as ever.
I a complete dill about computers so if you are kind enough to reply please keep in mind i dont understand I.T. terminology.

Pages are a bit slow at teh moment as there is a heavy load on the server.

It is taking around 6 seconds to load a page for me and I am on cable.

What ISP are you using and what type/bandwith cable do you have?

I always find that if there is a few members online it can be very slow some days
