How do I upload my own personal picture (Avatar)

Looks like you missed a step, maybe din't do a save for web or didn't adjust the compression. Here is your file and is about 10% of teh file size of the one you sent

Hi its Sandra here Gregs Wife; we can't get the attachment to open. It comes up as a red cross, when you right click on the attachment it doesn't give the option to open it, it just says show picture however, the picture will not open anyway and also I can't save it to try and open it with a different program either.
