    Basser,
I use small plastic drums with screw on lids when I go canoeing. Dows the trick for me. Also have used clip seal bags to splash guard other smaller things like matches etc.
If you find a good bag set-up, let us know.

    Cheers,

    Basser,
I think LowePro make a dry bag for photography but I don't know how dry they actually stay -probably more water resistant than anything and big bucks but last a lifetime -well made and I would think snow sports shops would have to make something like that aswell. Army disposals might have some ideas aswell.

Have a look at the Spacebag range of storage bags. They have a travel bag, it is like a zip lock bag but bigger and thicker and the zip lock seal is heavy duty. The way they work is you put clothes in them and then roll them up to get the air out and then close the seal, save heaps on space. You could easily use them for storing anything at all that you want to keep dry, food, camera gear, etc.

They are available from Target and similar stores.
