All the designated camping areas on Moreton are behind sand dunes.

Your best bet would be Comboyuro camp grounds, 400m north of Bulwer. There is one section with small fenced camp sites just behind the dunes, about a 20m walk and you will be able to see your boat.

There is a spot just north of Comby that is on some higher level ground that you would be able to see your boat from. No ammennities their though but you can usually camp there as long as it is not closed off for revegiation.

The best anchorage on Moreton is at the wrecks at Tangalooma, fairly good camping area there as well.

the camping fees are around 3.50 a night i think, and the campsite is just line ur tinny up with the wrecks and look towards the beach u'll see lots of bushes and trees and sand!! Just walk straight ahead and walk across the fence until you come to an opening then just walk and choose your campsite! Or you could just take me and ill show you where everything is

    hey anzac

I take it you are talking about the wreck site at tangalooma, they are right next to the tangalooma wrecks. You could also try the comboyuro camp sites, then at least you have the shop and the takeaway close by. Camping was $3.85 a night last time i looked and you can get them from the combie trader office if your going by the barge.
