Really good. It was as tender as an rotisserie oven chicken but waaaay faster. The skin was just right; crisp but not too crisp. I didn't even need a knife. The meat just fell right off the bone. I am still alive so I assume my Dad liked it. Was scared there for a while. I used his beer. He likes beer. Whew!

Wow Baldyhead! I feel bad for the guy too. Bet he never did that again. Ouch! Burns are no fun.

Well, now I know. The beer-can chicken experiment was a success! If you guys have any questions (I'm not great at explaining things, I know) feel free to ask. If you try it yourselves, let me know how it worked for you. Especially on a grill. I still have to try that and I'm curious.
