    Caravan/Camps at "The Narrows"-Gladstone

    Hi everyone,

    Does someone know of anyone who owns one of the caravans at the entrance to The Narrows near Gladstone? Are they willing to rent it out for a week/month?

    Is it possible to purchase these sites?

    Am I allowed to camp there without anyones permission? If not who do I need to contact?

    I am pretty sure they are just squatters but why would you want to camp there except to farm sandflies.

    I think mount larcom or yarwun would be the the handiest to the narrows

    Mini,
    you must be joking. It is the sand fly capital of the world
    We were there at 1pm sunday and they were thick. I have only just stopped scratching today ??? ???
