Due to the fire bans over Christmas I didnt get around to doing any cooking in the camp oven so today decided to cook a Christmas cake. This recipe isnt mine and has been around for a long time. Very few ingredients, quick to cook and tastes a treat.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup self raising flour
395g tin condensed milk
375g packet dried mixed fruit
METHOD
Preheat oven. Mix ingredients together really well, pour into a well greased cake tin. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pan.
