The Great Aussie Resort on the Hume in NSW - lots of things for kids of all ages (and adults too) - some you have to pay for though. Check the water level in the Hume though - it's not as good when it's way down. Naturally, take a boat if you have one. Even if all you catch is carp, they are big ones - great for teaching the kids to fight a fish without worying about losing quality eating fish.
