Copeton Dam

I'm heading to Copeton over easter. I'm looking for info about amenities blocks ie are there many, size etc as I understand the place can get very busy.

Any other info would be a great help.

Hi kylons,
I was over there in November and all the camping areas at the Rec. area have very clean and well kept showers and toilets. I have camped at both Copeton Bay and Sepoy Point and both ammenities block have 2 or 3 toilet cubicles and showers plus a disabled. I was told that at xmas time that people were qued up untill 2 in the morning to get a shower but this was not the case when I was there. There was no powered sites at Sepoy and not a lot at Copeton Bay (maybe a dozen or so) so if you want one of these you had better book, and it is a long way to the water. The up side is that you can camp just about anywhere and as far as I know, generators are allowed --- I certainly used mine at Sepoy
