Have a look at the Auto Fridge as well the system they use is called eutectic ( I think) for approx 6-8 hours run time you get fridge temp for about 24hrs. We've had one turned off for 48 hrs and come back to find everything OK and no it wasn't done on purpose but it did save our butts that time.
