Mate if i remember rightly there is a powered site area also cabins or you can camp unpowered in a lot of areas near the water. Its a nice place but i dont know how much water there is at the moment.Im guessin its pretty low so access to the water could be a little difficult.
    Good trip!!!

Water level at 25% pleanty of bass to be caught, camp right on the water edge, put in wherever you like or use the ramps. You can't book sites you just turn up, its only a few bucks a night. You will need a stocked impoundment license to fish there, you can buy this from the kiosk.
    Great place, enjoy
    Tight lines <*)(((((((((><

The cabins are great - overlooking the dam - but make sure you book ahead. Otherwise, the camping facilities are excellent. Clean toilets & showers & you can camp right next to the dam, so you can leave your boat right in front of your campsite. You don't have to book for camping - heaps of room. Though can get very busy around Easter & school holidays (as everywhere) as it is popular with the water skiiers also.

from wynnum, its takes 3.5 to 4 hrs a good drive though ,very dry area at the moment .the cabins are great 75 a night, but worth it in the colder months the fishing is hard at the moment, schooled fish are in the deeper areas of the dam in the main basin at pelican point and near the dam.ice jigs have been working well. the bigger bass are on the edges near the weed and have been taking soft jackalls and spinner baits .cant tell you much about bait but the locals use the shrimp they get out of the dam from there shrimp traps.good luck cheers AL
