goat, beach is very good at the moment. good gutter formations. there is lots and lots and lots of people thou and among them are heaps of idiots.
rocks at rainbow are no prob as there is heaps of sand round them. can get past the thin section of beach near the liesha track at about 1/3 off the top of the tide.
was some weed ( snot weed ) along the northeren end of the beach esppecially whne it settles in the drains at low tide. bottom end saw some of the decaying hinksia weed. but beach is very fishable.
