TBone in Trouble

I am in need of some advice from a pro (Craigie or similar)and in a hurry, I am also off to North West Island this time next week and I am starting to think I'm in over my head.
Ive been making out I can provide my non fishing camp mates with plenty of fish but after looking at Craigie's catch Im starting to s##t bricks.
I have limited gear as I am used to chasing bream & flathead around Coochie Island (southern end Moreton Bay).
I am thinking the trusty 4 inch Alvey may not be up to it.
Any help with rod and reel combos + tackle would be appreciated.
