    Camp Cooking With Derek - This Week on Briz31

    Finally hitting the airwaves.

    The first of the 13 part series of The 4X4 Show kicks off this Friday 15 December at 7.30 pm on Briz31 with a repeat at 3.00 pm Sunday. You will see my segment on Camp Cooking on each show with a Christmas dinner of Roast Turkey, roast potatoes and pumpkin and green beans followed by a fruit cake on the Friday before Christmas.

    Once the shows are screened they will appear for live streaming online at http://www.the4x4show.net

    cool stuff !

    i did a bit of campoven cooking this week - a coconut curry beef cobbler so i'm all fired up (so to speak).

    Who does the camera work on segments like that Derek?
