It’s all getting a bit silly and once it starts others will start other claims and all our fishing spots will be no more.

There already is claims all over the place, not just there. The “land claim” process is quite complicated, and it seems the claim is quite well organised, not too sure on the final outcome.

What is it, 50% is native title and another 16% still being determined.
So ironical we're funding our own demise to the UN.
Poor bastards don't know how they're being used.

So how do councils pay pay for all the polished seats?
Is the king forking the bill as they didn't get a treaty originally?
Imagine the serfs having to pay for the retribution of "land they were instructed by the king to "occupy" to enrich the crown"
The so called "elites" have never had it so good. Back in the day at least they had to pay for our lodging and food lol.

As it stands Indigenous people have not agreed to be governed by the crown. And because of that the WHO and the UN cannot tell us what to do. The ''voice'' will effectively have the Indigenous people agree with the government to completely sell off our sovereignty to the UN, WHO and the WEF to bring us completely within the agenda 2030 one world order.

They seem to have no problem agreeing to welfare, housing, health, education ect paid for by govt and funded by the taxpayer.

What has the UN got to do with any of this?
Democracy: Simply a system that allows the 51% to steal from the other 49%.

    A short reply

"In 1994, the United Nations General Assembly adopted resolutions A/RES/48/163 and launched the International Decade of the World's Indigenous Peoples (1995-2004) to increase the United Nations' commitment to promoting and protecting the rights of Indigenous Peoples worldwide"
One of the sad signs of our times is that we have demonized those who produce, subsidized those who refuse to produce and canonized those who complain.

You should be informed by the government and the native title department before the claim is made if your property is within the claim area...I can not see either of them chasing down every land owner / leasee with this notification, but it should be law.
You should also be informed of your rights before hand if the native title claim is successful....another point that will sadly be missed.

Native title could be another way for a land grab by government. Say a private property becomes under claim and is successful. Ok, "we won't kick you off, but when you die, the property reverts to native title ". No more inheritance. We all know the labour government has stated all inheritance are null and goes to the government, on their communistic wish list.
After all "you will own nothing and be happier". Another statement by swarby "You'll be under surveillance and you will be happier "
And his right hand man "what do we do with the useless eaters"
