I am starting out with the use of Genesis and analysing fishing Sonar contour maps.


Hoping for the following advice:

1) What optimal boat speed should be applied when recording a log journey for building a 'Genesis' profile?

2) What logic is used to allocate (customise) colour ranges for building overlays on an area with existing sonar contour maps?

3) For these colour ranges, how do I determine suitable magnitudes and spacing to best match this existing contour map?
