Can you please recommend fishing rod specifications for the following :

Fishing PPB VIc (from Boat)
Target Fish - Dedicated to Snapper
Reel Used - Shimano Stradic 4000 FLXG
Max Drag - 11kg
Must be single Piece Rod
Bait Fishing
Maximum Anticipated size of Snapper - 9kg

I do not know what type of line or breaking strain to install (mono or braid) on the reel…

Any recommendations and assistance on above would be appreciated.
