what charger do you use for your 36v? I would,have thought most 36v chargers have a bulk/absotbtion voltage of 42.6v?
With a max voltage per cell of 3.65v. LifePo4 cells are put in series of 4 to make nominal 12v batteries. I’d assumed possibly incorrectly, that a 100ah 36v battery was simply a 3p4s configuration of 100ah cells. With a max voltage of 43.8v and a nominal voltage of 38.4v (3.2v nominal per cell).
11 cells could be used instead of 12 but then the nominal voltage drops below 36v and the 3p4s goes out the window.

So with all this info Im thinking that whether it be 12v,24v or 36v minnkota its best to use a volt step thing for what ever volt minnkota you have and battery system be it AGM or Lithium so its getting nothing but the right volts?????????.

Update for you Lovely, went out Sunday, conditions were good, out 4:30 am or thereabouts and gave up fishing about 3pm. There was 2.5hrs running on the big motor the rest was mostly spot locking, going off spot lock to drift or reposition but prop still running. Only problem I had was spot locking the first few times, reconfigered the gps and it was fine after that. About 11:30am the wind shifted the leccy would pop out every now and then but it would very quickly get back on the spot, rhe 3 blade prop works really well.
Total recharge requirement was 22.3 amps. With a 120ah battery I would be comfortable going for a couple of days out and heavier usage.

Max 38 amps but who runs around at near max for any length of time, I use the tinnie with the 12v system far more aggressively and with similar max draw but only run at speed 7 due to it being old -2013- so drawing well under,
If I only wanted to move up to 20 m I used the leccy but not at full throttle as not a lot of rush but if it was 100m I'd leave it on pointed it in the right direction and used the outboard at around 6knots, often wouldn't get to that spot as would find signs of fish in between.
If Lovely is going to use an inverter he'll be able to run full boar but will have to factor in around 8% loss.

The DC converter is a brilliant idea, wish I’d looked into it. I recently added a third battery under the console, a 100ah 24v lithium for the Minn Kota. Might have been easier to install a 200ah+ 12v and replace the 100ah lead acid house battery as well….and a better onboard charging solution.
have you looked into potential interference? Lots of discussion now about dedicated electric motor or sounder batteries to eliminate interference for the sounder. Not sure about the veracity of all the stuff I see on the subject, but I was frustrated years ago by interference between a Humminbird sounder and my vhf ( Std Horizon). I could use one at a time, the other had to be turned off. The radio was useless if the sounder was on. The sounder was fuzzy but usable if the radio was on. Tried everything, ended up solving with separate batteries and physical distance between them.
The vhf radio will interfere with most everything on your boat, the charge it pulls is quite high. I have a starter battery and a house wired up through a 2 way switch for emergency only as both batteries are independently charged but I found I needed to put an inline switch between the negatives as using the VHF actually would deploy the left trim tab while calling. Made me do a bit of rewiring once I'd identified why my trim tabs were playing up, I think Ranmar put me onto it, a very big thank you for that as it didn't click for me.
My starter battery is used for the motor, ekectric winch and trim tabs only, everything else runs off the house.
