Stanage (Plumtree) camp spot

G'day all!
Dragging the boat up to Stanage this weekend for a week of offshore camping, diving & fishing.
Plan is to launch on the high tide Sunday morning so we'll need somewhere to pitch the tent Saturday night. Can anyone suggest a free camp spot preferably close to the ramp?

I'll post a wrap up when we return. Everyone seems to love a Stanage story

Pretty sure that there is free camping immediately adjacent to the ramp. BYO water though.

Plenty of free camping either side of the boat ramp....water and firewood are something you must bring yourself.
Watch the tides in Thirsty Sound, the pressure waves can be over a metre tall in places.....not nice to run into at night.
Good pub within walking distance too.
