    Prices still going up

Got a quote for a couple of stainless steel props. They have gone up 25% in 9 months
Simrad Autopilot has gone up 20 % in 9 months.

Holy smokes when will it stop?

Just buy it....or wait and pay more later.
You are kidding yourself if you think it will get cheaper again.

    Even higher then

maybe I shouldn’t have sold it as it’s doing better than my super fund returns for the year.

With the way central banks are cranking up interest rates all over the world we could be looking at a global recession next year. If most people are struggling to make the mortgage repayment there will be a lot less disposable income available for people to be able to afford luxury items. I'd hate to be in recreational boating or caravan sales in the near future.
