Hey all.

Looking at getting a new toy, at the moment I have an old ray marine 5" dragon fly.

Wanting to update to something better, something with sidescan, something with 3d maybe, something easy for a knuckle head.

Budget would Max out at about 1500.
Any input without confusing me would be appreciated.

You might pick up a Lowrance Elite 9 ??.. For that price they arent a bad unit??..

you see Humminbird Solix G2 12" for sale at times for about 1500....mostly on marketplace. Probably the best value for money way to go these days.
Lot's of guys are upgrading 6 month old to 3 year old sounders to bigger and better every week.

Well you’ve had a dragon fly what about a 9inch element there sometimes on sale at anaconda for that money.
