Hervey Bay Suggestions

Hi All,

Heading to Hervey Bay for a week on Saturday. I have a 525 Formosa CC and will be stopping near Urangan Boat Ramp. Have done a bit of reading and obviously plenty of options (maybe too many ).
Was hoping anyone up in that neck of the woods might give some suggestions as to good fishing options given current conditions. Sun/Mon/Tues looks alright for offshore at this stage and obviously the reefs around Big Woody seem to be a staple?
Just trying to minimise my time chasing around all over the place if I can help it. We are taking a fair range of gear with us from estuary to offshore and fish both bait and lures/jigs/plackies.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Brett.

Im not from up there but there might be some tuna around the other side of big woody inside the main channel and out over to moon point and there's a lot of coffee rock ot fish along the inside of fraser island to fish for a snapper ,be careful if you go up the marry river there's a off shot to the right passed the boat ramp at sussan heads there's a fair bit of prop chewing ironstone up that one.

Head out to the Fairway beacon. Jig up some livies and fish them there.
