Barnacles on Pontoon Piles

My Pontoon Piles have Barnacle Guards on them but there are still barnacles growing on the piles.
Occasionally the Barnacle Guards become caught on one of the barnacles and remain there below water until I release it with a broom handle.

I am going to scrape the barnacles off at low tide using a floor scraper. Hope it is ok to do this, and I know they will just grow back.

Anyone know if Barnacle Guard still exist? Used to be https://www.barnacleguard.com.au/
Otherwise, does anyone have another system for keeping barnacles off piles?

Allan, your link didn't work but they're in use at Urangan Harbour marina, they still have some one come down on a regular basis and scrape the pylons.
