Offroading and "tyre pressure monitoring system" question.

I have just bought a new to me 2017 Holden Trailblazer. It has a tyre pressure monitoring system. When you go to drive on an off road surface e.g. sand and drop the pressures from
35 psi to 18 psi the "TPMS" warning is activated. This then results in all centre screen functions being unable to be accessed. Is there a way around this? Cheers Winston.

You can't just "set" the system for the new lower pressure once you have changed it? In my car it beeps if it senses a difference and then you can reset it after you have checked/changed tyres etc.

    Cheers Matt
