Aluminium friendly sealer

Hi guys, I've bought one of those large tradies toolboxes to go on the side of my single cab Hilux Workmate to keep my fishing/boating stuff in and I'm about to install it but I would like to know of some type of sealer that I could use that would be compatible with aluminium. Thanks guys.
