Yep 2020 Merc 40 on a 4.25 Allycraft Reel Mate
It may be a 2021 model as it was fitted in December 2020.
has elec trim / tilt, start, steering lock, throttle control ( cruise control ) and troll increments for throttle speed.
Haven't done the kilometers per litre thing yet, but will do and let yas know.
