Cheapest gps trolling motor
Does anyone know of a cheap gps trolling motor? Im looking but they are coming up as pretty expensive 2.5k+ are there any cheapies for my boat and inshore days chasing plate size fish?

Cheapest would be a cayman haswing. They were about $1300 a while back.
They connect via wifi or bluetooth to ur phone and use ur phone gps.
Next up would be the new watersnakes about $2200 or something.
Then motor guide a bit extra and minn kota probably a little extra again..
Motorguide was the sweetspot for me.

Are you talking for your little boat or the big boat rebuild. Big boat will need something more substantial than the usual 55lb motor.

Yeah one for the big boat it will only be used for botany bay and port hacking rather slow tides
I know i wont be able to use it offshore as the boat is to big

Im ganna do this since i dont have a casting deck and cant use a floor controller
I will likely get the watersnake 70lb transom mount converted to bow i'll sit up the front and control it

Check out this guy using the 2hp model 3.0 he gets 4.5kms for 10amps 24v battery 100ah would last 45kms thats crazy
They retail for $1600 from haswing but there is one on ebay for $800
I dont wanna jump on it before my hull is finished tho
